Responsibilities:
- Research employee benefits plans and vendors to identify the best value.
- Design, recommend, and implement new benefits programs.
- Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field, plus 3-5 years of experience.
- Prior experience administering or supporting self-funded health plans.
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits programs.
