Total Rewards Strategy:
- Partner with HR leadership to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs to ensure competitiveness.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analyses to inform recommendations.
Benefits Administration & Strategy:
- Lead the strategy, design, and administration of health & welfare plans.
- Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators.
- Design and implement wellness initiatives that promote employee health.
Compensation Management:
- Lead the administration of compensation programs, including salary structures and market pricing.
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, SCA, and state/local compensation laws.
- Conduct ongoing compensation analysis using industry surveys.
Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and SCA.
- Partner with HCIS to streamline processes and enhance data integrity.
- Deliver reporting, modeling, and presentations to senior leadership.
