Benefits Manager

Accountabilities:

• Administer health, welfare, and retirement benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations including ERISA and the Affordable Care Act.
• Communicate benefit program features clearly to employees and management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive benefits experience required.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits.
• Proficiency with productivity software (MS Office) and HRIS platforms.
