- Demonstrate presentation skills and craft strategic decks for senior clients using data and insight.
- Deliver comms plans across projects, ensuring optimization against client strategies with a focus on data and technology.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Oversee a team of CRM Strategists, ensuring adherence to standards and practices.
- Support the creation of discipline knowledge, sharing key principles, industry updates, case studies, and education sessions.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings for performance feedback and skill development.
