What You'll Do:
- Be the strategic thought partner for cross-functional teams, shaping what gets built and where we invest.
- Establish causality with the right tools, including A/B testing and causal inference, and turn insights into action.
- Build metrics strategies and explanations that tie user behavior to motivation.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in analytics or decision science at a consumer tech company, with advanced quantitative degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience with causal inference methods and experimentation platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python/R, and an AI-native working style using tools like Claude Code.
