About the Role:
- We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Data Scientist to lead data science initiatives on mission-critical tracks.
- You will partner with PMs, Engineering, Design, and senior leaders to shape product strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Define key metrics, derive insights, and drive growth-oriented product strategies.
- Own A/B tests and causal inference analyses, applying machine learning and AI tools.
- Improve data pipelines and instrumentation with data engineering.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of analytics experience with strong SQL and Python proficiency.
- Deep understanding of statistics, experimentation, and causal inference.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to senior leadership and mentor junior team members.
Nice to Have:
- Advanced degree in a technical field or familiarity with accounting workflows and ERP integrations.
- Experience evaluating generative AI systems and using LLMs as evaluators.
