Partner with home remodel industry professionals to help grow their businesses through software solutions on Houzz.com. Manage the full sales cycle, prospect, qualify, conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, and close deals. Proactively generate outbound leads and build strong relationships with potential customers. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by acquiring new customers.

Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for Houzz Pro’s payments and financial products. Drive growth in Net Fee Revenue across our embedded financial tools (e.g., payments, BNPL, business loans, bill pay). Develop new monetization levers within the financial hub and optimize existing ones. Define and run experiments to increase adoption, retention, and transaction volume.

The Legal Operations & Compliance Manager will enhance and maintain critical workstreams, enabling Houzz’s Legal Team to accelerate company growth, while handling day-to-day tasks to support attorneys. This role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing processes, technologies, and strategies to enhance the Legal Team's overall performance. This role supports corporate compliance, dispute resolution, and privacy-related matters.
