The Technical Support team needs a ServiceNow CSM DevOps Engineer to support ServiceNow Customer Service Management in the Fedramp/Gov Cloud environment. As a Developer, you will drive ongoing development to the CSM product in the SAS Government instance, support agents and customers that use the ServiceNow CSM product to resolve technical issues, and develop fixes for user reported bugs.
