Lead the modernization of GitLab’s software delivery and developer experience teams, overseeing a large organization of around 60 to 80 people and drive the transformation of our software development lifecycle, from how developers build and test code to how customers receive and deploy GitLab, ensuring a seamless and scalable delivery across both SaaS and self-managed environments.

As a Software Engineer on the Developer Productivity - Build Stability, you will shape the developer experience for hundreds of engineers at Gusto. You will be part of the team that owns the broader CI ecosystem, focused on improving its performance, scalability, and reliability. Your work will directly impact how quickly we can deliver value to our customers by making our development and deployment pipelines faster and more efficient.
