The Astronomer Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE) team is responsible for the success of our customers' usage of our managed Airflow service. As an infrastructure specialist within the team, you will learn to become an expert on the reliability of Kubernetes and the underlying cloud infrastructure. You will create strong relationships with customers and help them achieve their reliability goals.

As the Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will guide the architecture, reliability, and operational excellence of the infrastructure powering our secure, mission-critical collaboration platform. You will provide technical leadership across our SRE function, driving strategic initiatives for scalability, observability, performance, and automation across cloud and hybrid environments. You will mentor engineers, establish best practices, and collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams.

Apply expert insights to real-world customer problems, enabling the enterprise adoption of Linux Ubuntu, OpenStack, Kubernetes and a wide range of associated technology. The team members are Linux and cloud solutions architects for our customers, designing private and public cloud solutions fitting their workload needs.

Develop and enhance services and offerings on cloud platform in a customer-oriented manner, planning, implementing and maintaining a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business processes. Solve complex problems in the daily operation of a hyper-scaler's cloud backend and support development of cloud native apps.

Seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to design and implement MLOps pipelines, manage cloud-based resources, and optimize AI/ML infrastructure. From audience segmentation to advanced language modeling, you’ll work on transformative technologies to solve real-world problems for top-tier clients.

As a Cloud Engineer, you will create, manage, and refine technologies and solutions that support Hexagon’s software suite, managing deployments in Microsoft Azure and helping to future-proof new opportunities. This role involves continuously learning new technologies to solve complex problems and make a meaningful impact across multiple projects and environments.
