Take ownership of a significant area of Gusto’s product, influencing the entire design process—from visioning to execution—and launch AI-enabled experiences.

Gusto's Infrastructure Engineering team enables our product teams to build impactful products by building secure, resilient, and accessible systems, using tools like AWS, terraform, and Kubernetes. Design and implement production grade systems that optimize for resiliency while limiting complexity. Establish standards and build deterministic automation while optimizing for user accessibility and system reliability. Plan and execute complex and challenging migrations that help Gusto move forward from legacy systems to more efficient, scalable, modern designs.

As a key contributor to our sales team, you will play a critical role in developing the go-to-market capabilities for our high growth sales team. You will support and help shape a rapidly growing and strategically important segment of our business. You will provide day-to-day support and thought partnership to our Sales leadership, including ad hoc decision making support, reporting and analyses, cross-functional collaboration and one-off projects.
