Remote is seeking an experienced risk/financial analyst to support our Credit Risk strategy, responsibilities include carrying out financial assessments on new deals and existing exposures, underwriting large exposure accounts, portfolio level analysis and development of mitigation strategies.

In this role, you will develop credit and pricing strategies for unsecured lending products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build profitable lending portfolios and amazing products. You'll be responsible for improving credit underwriting, managing portfolio risk, monitoring strategy performance, and building data-driven decision-making tools.

Reporting to the Director of Credit Risk, you'll provide ongoing monitoring on the health of all credit products and performance/effectiveness of credit strategies. You’ll also lead the credit provisioning and portfolio evaluation process to ensure ongoing adequacy of the credit reserves. This role offers broad exposure to multiple areas of risk management.

The Borrowing (lending) team is growing and we’re looking for Credit Managers and Analysts for our credit risk function, to grow lending to our business banking customers. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of providing credit to small and medium size sole traders and limited companies, automated decisioning and Credit Risk Management activities. You will be responsible for developing our credit and pricing strategies as we bring to market new lending products.
