Responsibilities:
- Focus on EMEA GTM functions (Sales, AE, SE, Partnerships, Marketing, CS).
- Operate independently as a thought partner; not just an executor.
- Build talent maps, run full-cycle sourcing workflows.
Experience:
- 3+ years sourcing or recruiting research experience.
- Demonstrated GTM sourcing (Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships) at a tech company.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
Requirements:
- Active Gem CRM experience.
- Can work PST (CST Acceptable).
- Stability on resume: flag any short stints that aren't contract or documented personal leave.
