What You'll Do:
- Screen and vet inbound candidates via phone and video.
- Run outbound sourcing campaigns as needed for searches with specific geographic or professional requirements.
- Manage the candidate pipeline in Greenhouse.

What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience at a staffing or recruiting agency
- Strong outbound sourcing skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
