About The Role:
- Supporting projects for pharmaceutical companies globally.
- Sourcing & interviewing candidates through various channels.
- Improving interview process.
Requirements:
- Between 1-3 years of experience in the full recruitment cycle
- Familiarity with social media, job boards and professional networks
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Your responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through online channels.
- Conduct phone and video interviews and selection procedures.
- Assess and filter candidate information, including resumes and contact details
