Role Expectations:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales Engineers and Sales Engineering Leaders across AMS, managing the process.
- Lead with sourcing, building pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, talent maps, and targeted campaigns.
- Partner with Sales Engineering Leaders to forecast demand, define profiles, and advise on process tradeoffs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years focused on pre or post sales roles.
- Proven success sourcing and converting passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern tools.
- Track record of meeting goals for quality, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance while managing searches.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring within the cybersecurity or networking industries for enterprise and strategic sales segments.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing enhancers and detailed market mapping.
- Demonstrated impact on diversity sourcing initiatives.
