Key Responsibilities:

  • Run a full desk of GTM/Sales/Marketing Executive searches across Cobalt, drawing upon a full-cycle executive recruiting toolkit
  • Drive executive searches end-to-end from role definition to offer negotiation, ensuring an outstanding hiring manager/candidate experience throughout
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deeply understand their leadership needs, business context, and team dynamics while providing strategic hiring guidance and market insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years executive recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to recruiting critical GTM or sales leadership roles
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives
