Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on sales or go-to-market roles.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and outbound candidate outreach.
- Ability to evaluate candidates for sales competencies, communication ability, and cultural alignment.
