Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and the profile of top performers.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Actively source, engage, and nurture relationships with passive candidates through creative outreach and networking.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years years of experience of full-cycle recruiting experience within a globally distributed SaaS or technology organization.
  • Strong proficiency in modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent intelligence tools).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively convey Elite’s value proposition.
