What you'll be doing:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across GTM and G&A functions
- Partner with hiring managers and company leaders to define role scope
- Drive proactive sourcing and market mapping for high-priority roles
What you'll need:
- 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles
- Hands-on experience with recruiting in US, Canada, LATAM, and EU markets
