What You'll Do:
- Leading end-to-end multi-functional hiring.
- Proactively headhunting passive talent to build diverse pipelines.
- Managing and optimising our ATS and recruitment tooling.
What You'll Achieve:
- Get fully up to speed on all open roles and active pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with the People team and stakeholders.
- Successfully close priority roles by sourcing high-quality candidates.
Interview Process:
- Introductory call with the Chief People Officer.
- Video call with the People Team Lead and Senior Recruiter.
- A short call with 2 Senior stakeholders.
