What You Will Do:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and generate weekly hiring reports.
  • Assist in onboarding transitions to ensure a smooth handoff to HR and functional teams.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environments
  • Strong understanding of hiring practices, employment laws, and candidate expectations in the U.S and LATAM regions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing hiring managers, leaders, and senior stakeholders.
