What you’ll do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, with an emphasis on US-based GTM roles
- Partner with Hiring Managers and interviewers to design and execute best-in-class interview processes
- Build and own recruiting metrics and reporting across all hiring activity
Who you are:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to GTM hiring
- 2+ years of startup or scale-up experience, with a familiarity and passion for building in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with experience working cross-functionally with hiring managers and interviewers
