Senior Technical Recruiter

About The Role:

• This role sits at the intersection of technical recruiting excellence, operational rigor, and human-centered hiring.
• You’ll own technical hiring end-to-end while also building the systems, playbooks, and interviewer training that allow us to scale with consistency and care.
• You’ll recruit for teams building across a modern stack (TypeScript/React/Next.js, Node/Python, GraphQL, Postgres, AWS/Terraform).

What You’ll Do:

• Own our recruiting tech stack (Ashby + tooling ecosystem), including workflows, automation, reporting, and continuous optimization.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled recruiting workflows to improve speed and quality.
• Design and advocate for a deeply human, candidate-centric interview experience with clear expectations and fast feedback loops.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring across software and data roles.
• Proven success recruiting in startup or high-growth environments.
• Technical fluency and comfort engaging with engineers and technical leaders.
