Work closely with Tech and Product leaders as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, a trusted advisor with sharp instincts, driving hiring in Spain and Poland, leading end-to-end processes, and turning data into action to improve hiring speed and quality.
As the recruiting partner, the aim is to take recruiting to an even higher level by bringing in exceptional talent. You ideally have worked in a tech product space within business recruiting managing high volume end to end recruiting. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for Business/Post Sales teams, building strong talent pipelines, and exceeding recruiting KPIs.
This role will help Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring leaders hire the best talent. You’ll interact with multiple TA Managers, hiring teams, and candidates, exercising full ownership over of interview calendars, ensuring data consistency in systems, and enabling a phenomenal interview experience.
