This position is remote and a three-month contract that could be extended. You are able to do it while working on other projects as well. You will be working on biz ops reqs.

Support the People team in driving the overarching People strategy during a period of change within the bank. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, senior leaders and line managers to diagnose people priorities, create and/or implement people plans, and help implement organisational design initiatives.

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. In this role, you will source, attract, and hire top talent across diverse roles to support our rapid growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, maintain a positive candidate experience, and ensure our recruitment process aligns with our brand values and goals.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the resident recruitment program and initiatives, creating efficient workflows and adherence to project timelines. Offer guidance to other markets that are participating in the resident recruitment program. Collaborate with leadership to establish and refine program strategies to track progress on all recruitment efforts of the program.
