Oversee day-to-day operations of the resident recruitment program and initiatives, creating efficient workflows and adherence to project timelines. Offer guidance to other markets that are participating in the resident recruitment program. Collaborate with leadership to establish and refine program strategies to track progress on all recruitment efforts of the program.
