The Senior Human Resources Manager will support all aspects of the HR function within the organization, including corporate and sites, to ensure strategies, processes and policies support the organizationβs overall goals and objectives. The focus will be on talent acquisition and management, labour and employee relations and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Experience in both the Canadian and US spaces is preferred.
This is a fully remote position with availability needed Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The Allied Health Recruiter will meet with other Directors/Recruiting, Human Resource professionals, and Operations teams to build and maintain strong working relationships. They will also manage campus recruiting and recruiting events and conduct initial phone screens with interested applicants.
