Technical Contract Recruiter (Remote)

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end recruiting for clinical, technical, and AI roles.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.
• Manage the full cycle, from identifying candidates through various channels, to conducting interviews and extending offers.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including clinical, technical, and AI roles.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top-tier Technical talent.

Additional Information:

• The hourly rate for this role is $60 - $80/hr.
• This is a contract, 1099 position and is not eligible for company benefits.
• We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process.
