About the Role:
- Proactively source candidates across multiple roles.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, BDR, or related role
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred)
- Excellent written communication
Nice to Have:
- Experience sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.)
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
