Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking in the ATS.
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, and candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a tech and/or high-growth startup environment.
- Strong experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g. software engineering and data science).
- Proven ability to build pipelines quickly in competitive talent markets.
