Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top technical talent using LinkedIn and other channels.
- Conduct screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience or sourcing-only experience.
- Experience hiring or sourcing engineers (software preferred).
- Ability to learn role requirements and identify signal in resumes.
Backgrounds that fit:
- Technical sourcer or early-career technical recruiter.
- University recruiting experience with SWE intern/new grad programs.
- Agency experience is a plus, with strong activity and curiosity.
