Manage, drive, and own the full cycle recruiting process for various business groups.
Continuously build a diverse talent pipeline by using creative sourcing strategies and techniques.
Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle business recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong expertise using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruiting analytics and sourcing tools (e.g., GEM).
Experience partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements.
