Responsibilities:
- Deliver full-cycle recruiting services for assigned technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage candidate flow across active searches, ensuring timely communication.
- Track and report on pipeline activity, candidate progress, and key recruiting metrics.
Required:
- You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles.
- You are proficient with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You have excellent communication skills and can build trust quickly with candidates.
Preferred:
- You have experience recruiting in an early stage or high growth startup.
- You are resourceful and comfortable working with evolving priorities.
