The Sr. Technical Project Manager will provide technical project management for a wide-ranging portfolio of projects and thrives by creating quality in ambiguous environments. They demonstrate skilled communication by providing inputs to project oversight, anticipating risk, connecting the right resources to needs, and removing impediments to doing great work.

Responsible for scoping, planning, and executing projects within Ballard Spahr’s Project Management Office (PMO). This individual will exercise discretion, build relationships, and develop plans while leading diverse project teams to achieve successful delivery. Possesses demonstrable proficiency in waterfall and some knowledge of agile concepts. Involves building project charters, scoping custom and packaged vendor solutions, and managing project financials.

Play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams, accelerating software and hardware releases, and driving agile excellence as Program Manager at Extrahop. Partner with world-class engineers and product managers to orchestrate complex program schedules, streamline development efforts, and reduce risk – ensuring that Network Detection & Response (NDR) solutions reach customers with precision and impact.

Transform Peraton’s First Responders organization into a well-functioning product development, operational and delivery shop. Provide coaching and guidance daily to ensure the team members understand the adopted methodologies and adhere to the best practices. Work very closely with the team members to monitor the progress and adherence as you join the team transforming the future of public safety technology.
