The Senior FP&A Analyst role combines financial and modeling expertise with business partnership to drive strategic financial outcomes. You will maintain a deep understanding of financial plans, results, and performance indicators to accelerate profitable growth. This role provides high-impact financial reporting, insights, and recommendations that influence strategic decision-making in areas that drive recurring revenue / annually recurring revenue (ARR).

As a strategic, hands-on Director of FP&A, you will lead our finance business partner team, shape financial strategy, drive business performance, and ensure Instructure’s long-term financial health. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you will deliver data-driven insights and guidance to support critical decisions.
Provide the content team with in-depth analyses and valuable insights into current developments in the ETF markets. Continuously maintain and update our ETF database, ensuring the highest data quality. Support the design, further development, and maintenance of our public model portfolios and ETF guides as orientation tools for retail investors.
