The Compensation Manager administers the Compensation aspect of Total Rewards, managing adherence to compensation philosophy and programs, aligning with business goals and strategies. They plan, develop, and implement compensation programs that are internally equitable, externally competitive, and legally compliant; recommend salary grades and market rates; research and develop incentive programs; and manage the annual review process.
Oversee all aspects of LPCH’s contingent workforce strategy and program operations, ensuring the effective and compliant use of contingent labor. This position manages the contingent workforce in a centralized organizational program to streamline vendor management, reinforce financial stewardship, ensure data integrity related to tracking active and former contingent worker assignments, and mitigate potential organizational risks while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Project Manager's primary function is to support the strategy, implementation, an execution of localized and joint projects for the Human Resources department. In partnership with the HR Leadership Team and extended HR team, the project manager will bring innovative ideas, and techniques. This person develops cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders in order to align goals, strategy, and deliverables.
Responsible for managing the programming, planning, design, and execution of large/complex projects as assigned under the Facilities Services Project Management Office, in particular construction, renovations and infrastructure upgrades. This role involves planning projects from conception to completion, managing budgets and timelines, collaborating with stakeholders like architects and contractors, and ensuring projects align with strategic goals, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
Works independently on system technology projects to meet the business system needs for a (specified) client group including developing system design and interface specifications, identifying solutions to business needs and implementation of technology solutions. Scope of the job includes designing systems to support business requirements and enhancements to existing technology systems; design specifications to support business system changes; responsible for implementation by leading project teams, planning and coordination, client testing and training and ensuring smooth turnover of projects to client group.
