- Ensure accurate payroll deductions for employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance for retirement plans.
- Partner with Benefits and vendors for timely remittance of benefit premiums.
Audit, Risk Management & Controls:
- Conduct payroll, benefits and retirement compliance audits and testing.
- Support internal, external and regulatory audits.
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation, controls and SOPs.
