Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of direct reports
- Possess a strong working knowledge of Traveler Payroll and the various compliance and audit needs, including garnishments and reporting
- Help answer payroll compliance questions regarding tax issues, with knowledge of when to collaborate with our internal tax team
Qualifications:
- At least two years of payroll processing experience
- Knowledge of payroll and employment tax laws
- Great problem-solving and analytical skills
Additional Skills:
- UKG experience is a plus
- MS Office experience, including skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with Smartsheet
- Ability to effectively communicate information to employees and management
