Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end U.S. payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local U.S. payroll regulations
- Manage payroll data input, validation, and payment distribution (direct deposit/checks)
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in payroll administration
- At least 2 years in a payroll leadership or managerial role
- Mandatory experience managing U.S. payroll
