Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with multi-state payroll is required.
- Excellent working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, ADP iReports, ADP Smart Compliance and ADP Essential Time & Attendance.
- Experience should be recent and within the last 3 years.
Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly or semi-monthly payroll for hourly, non-exempt and exempt employees.
- Submit and manage tax-related notices through ADP Smart Compliance.
- Manage benefit deductions arrears and repayment plans.
Skills:
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, primarily Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
