Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day. Take payments, update demographics, provide claim status, and explain copays/deductibles. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9am – 5:30pm. Candidates must have customer service experience within the healthcare industry and the ability to interpret/explain an EOB.
Complete all requests for Medicare, private insurance and hospital credentialing for numerous physicians and mid-level practitioners in various states. Manage a thorough and detailed tracking system for completed and pending credentialing assignments. Maintain all files related to practitioner credentialing and licensing.
Work closely with regional and practice leadership to drive optimal clinical operations, excellent patient satisfaction, best practices and strategic growth initiatives. The role involves planning and executing strategic initiatives, partnering with the business integration team, assisting the marketing team, and monitoring practice performance.
