Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clean, detailed notes in HubSpot to support smooth handoff to internal teams.
  • Assign or notify the appropriate internal operator when a prospect shows interest.
  • Ensure internal teams receive complete contact details, conversation context and planned steps.
