Your role involves onboarding, training, and assisting customers onto our payroll platform for a SaaS payroll and outsourced payroll service offering. You will assist the sales team by being the SME in the room at latter stages of the sales process or within communication channels. You will suggest and execute process improvements to achieve the team goal of building the best in class payroll offering.

• Act as Remote’s subject matter expert for US payroll compliance.
• Support the design and implementation of automated payroll processes and system controls for the US.
• Monitor and interpret changes in US payroll legislation and ensure these are reflected in our operations and product.

• Oversee the implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients.
• Lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer and system configuration.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through setup and migration phases and offering ongoing support.
