Establish, maintain, and develop strong and trusted client relationships that result in high client satisfaction, acting as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients. This role ensures timely receipt and delivery of payroll data, engages with local in-country payroll providers, and reconciles data according to predefined procedures. The Payroll Specialist manages inquiries, develops action plans, and participates in process development, adhering to compliance audit controls.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll issues, assist with audits, and contribute to continuous process improvements. A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills is expected.

The Operations and Finance Manager will lead the internal systems that keep Gifted Savings running smoothly and efficiently, overseeing bookkeeping, payroll, benefits administration, vendor payments, hiring and onboarding, and team operations, while reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the Comptroller, CFO, and COO to ensure compliance.

Help build and maintain the future of payroll with Remote Product, Engineer and Operations teams.
