This role is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Payroll Bureau Manager to join the expanding team at Sona during a pivotal stage of growth. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers while building and refining the day-to-day operations of our payroll bureau. You'll play a critical role in scaling our outsourced service offering to Hospitality and Social Care customers.

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience with US Labor solutions and a background in the Product Management or the Solution Design of scheduling products. This role will be hugely influential and offers the right individual the opportunity to have an outsized impact. In this role you will work closely with the Sona leadership team as we build out the US business unit working at the intersection between sales, implementation and product.

Joining Sona’s Talent team is an ideal role for someone excited to make an impact on an early-stage Talent function at a high-growth startup. You’ll be one of a two-person team with a broad hiring remit in either commercial or product and engineering hiring.
