Consult with customers throughout their implementation process, using in-depth workforce management knowledge to configure Sona products. Define, document, and deliver product configurations, ensuring clarity and alignments on scope. Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver timely implementations, offering product expertise.
Your role involves onboarding, training, and assisting customers onto our payroll platform for a SaaS payroll and outsourced payroll service offering. You will assist the sales team by being the SME in the room at latter stages of the sales process or within communication channels. You will suggest and execute process improvements to achieve the team goal of building the best in class payroll offering.
