Your role involves onboarding, training, and assisting customers onto our payroll platform for a SaaS payroll and outsourced payroll service offering. You will assist the sales team by being the SME in the room at latter stages of the sales process or within communication channels. You will suggest and execute process improvements to achieve the team goal of building the best in class payroll offering.

The Continuous Improvement Partner role sits within the Vulnerability, Accessibility, Inclusion & Bereavements (VAIB) Team within Specialist Services in Operations. You will be responsible for driving awareness and understanding and helping business areas embed considerations of vulnerability, accessibility, inclusion & bereavements. You will support colleagues across Monzo to assess products and customer service against legal, regulatory and industry standards.
