Payroll Implementation Specialist

Payroll Implementation:

• Carrying out end to end payroll implementations, from kick off, data gathering, system configuration, validation, testing to go live and BAU.
• Adapt to a rapidly developing HR and WFM platform that feeds payroll.
• Proven experience managing successful Payroll system implementation projects, preferably alongside an HR/WFM platform integration within a bureau/outsourced environment

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and take ownership to see the improvement come to fruition.
• Start up mentality, drive to help build a solid payroll service while disrupting traditional offerings and processes.
• Action-oriented, tackling tasks promptly and constructively challenging processes for improvement.

Client Interaction:

• Meeting with prospective clients alongside the sales team, explaining the service offering for both SaaS payroll and outsourced payroll services.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build effective business relationships.
• Comfortable with regular travel to UK client sites and London office for onboarding and team days
