Looking for empathetic, compassionate, and pediatric-focused professionals to join our growing Mental Health team. As a Virtual, Associate Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class mental health care to students within our partner school districts. You will interact and build relationships with school personnel, family members, and other stakeholders working to bring accessible healthcare to students across the country.

Provide high-quality virtual mental health care to students in school districts nationwide by conducting initial mental health intakes and assessments for K-12 students; collaborate with Hazel Mental Health Therapists to ensure children successfully transition into our services and provide culturally relevant and age-appropriate counseling and treatment.

The Provider Enrollment Specialist is responsible for preparing and submitting credentialing applications to enroll Behavioral Health Therapists and Clinicians with multiple payers across 14+ states to ensure timely reimbursement. This role manages submitting provider enrollment applications for all insurance types, and updates enrollment statuses in Salesforce HealthCloud.

The IT Analyst II will be responsible for supporting, analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining information systems to meet the business requirements of internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business processes and technology, with the ability to translate user needs into effective IT solutions.
