The Family Support Supervisor oversees the Family Support Specialist team's daily operations and performance, ensuring families receive exceptional and timely support. This position requires leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on support in a mission-driven environment. You will supervise, coach, and develop Family Support Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and empathy.
Serve as the frontline voice for Hazel families and caregivers by providing compassionate, efficient, and reliable support. This role combines customer service, operational follow-through, and healthcare support in a mission-driven environment. Responsibilities include inbound call support, intake and referral coordination, consent and account support, and Zendesk & ticket management.
This is a part-time W2 position, working 16 hours a week. As an integral member of the Hazel team, you will make an impact by increasing equitable access of quality health care experiences for students and their families. You will provide virtual health care services to students in partner school districts and collaborate with a diverse care team.
Support Hazelβs Physical Health provider team with phone calls to families in both English and Spanish. Manage internal chat communications among providers, relay messages to appropriate staff, and create job tickets for school/initiator needs. Provide interpretation and translation services for phone calls, telehealth visits and written medical documentation.
As an Enrollment Advisor, you will play a key role in expanding Hazelβs mission & care impact by driving the enrollment of children referred by school staff or parent/guardian. You will reach out to the studentβs parent and compellingly communicate the value of Hazelβs virtual therapy program. You will help the family complete the steps of our enrollment process until they begin the program.
Oversight Physicians (OSPs) are responsible for providing direct patient care through school-based telehealth, supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), promoting quality of care, upholding medical standards, and participating in meetings to improve the practice. They will provide clinic coverage, offer support to APPs, ensure guideline adherence, review personal OKR dashboards, and perform chart reviews.
Seeking an experienced Contract Clinical Recruiter with a proven track record in recruiting mental health and behavioral health professionals. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for licensed tele-health clinicians across multiple states/regions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and the TA team to ensure timely hiring of clinical roles.
Manage district implementations to meet contract requirements and Hazel success criteria. Serve as the key client-facing contact during implementation and interact directly with various executive level customer stakeholders. Support execution of implementation plans by coordinating schedules.
