Practice Manager, Clinical Operations

We’re looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive Remote Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of our growing school-based physical health program. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, a detail-oriented problem-solver, highly driven and proactive, and has experience supporting providers such as physicians and advanced practice providers. This role is central to ensuring our clinical operations run smoothly—managing provider schedules, optimizing staffing, collaborating cross-functionally, supporting front-line staff, and driving continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency. The key responsibilities involve schedule management for providers, staffing oversight, cross-department collaboration with internal teams like Finance, Post-Sales, and Business Analytics, team management of Clinical Support Staff, and operational coordination.
