The Business Analyst supports the Lumin Digital leadership team by assisting in preparing pricing proposals, managing Statements of Work (SOWs), and conducting financial and operational analysis, providing data-driven insights for business planning and decision-making.

You will be at the forefront of driving strategic decision-making for Jasper’s Go-to-Market (GTM) teams by leading high-impact analytical and strategic initiatives to answer key questions about GTM motion, segmentation, structure, capacity planning, and deployment of GTM resources to optimize revenue growth and efficiency.

As a skilled Demand Planner, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing a comprehensive Demand Plan for a diverse portfolio of products and customers. Your expertise will ensure seamless alignment of this Demand Plan with both internal partners through the S&OP and Monthly Forecasting calls. By proactively identifying and effectively managing exceptions, you will closely monitor performance.

You will be responsible for scaling run-the-business functions, building and maintaining efficient operational processes, and working cross-functionally with business unit leaders on key strategic initiatives. The role involves strategic leadership and hands-on experience building process and infrastructure for scale. Partner with leaders to execute initiatives and improve efficiency.

As a Customer Operations Workforce Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by forecasting workforce needs, managing real-time staffing, and optimizing scheduling. This role requires expertise in data analysis and workforce management tools to influence the effectiveness of our customer operations team.

This involves forecasting workload demand, analyzing trends, and developing strategic workforce plans to meet business needs while maintaining service level objectives. You will tackle a variety of issues with the goal of improving service levels, proactively identifying risks in performance, and driving alignment across verticals.

You will be part of the operations team in support of our Home and Community Care organization, responsible for ongoing data analysis to identify and implement operational improvements. Requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, organizational skills, proficiency with analytical tools, and strong communication skills. Develop short and long-term data-driven production forecasts to maximize Client acceptance opportunity.
