MindMed is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director/Executive Director of Commercial Operations and Business Intelligence to serve as a critical leader within our commercial organization. The successful candidate will oversee business intelligence, forecasting, sales operations, pricing, government reporting, gross-to-net calculations, incentive compensation, CRM systems, and fleet management. This role is pivotal in building and scaling MindMed’s commercial infrastructure.

Conduct research, analysis, costing, forecasting and modeling to support management decision-making. Perform business analysis including trend analysis, forecasting and compensation models. Implement change in a healthcare environment with analysis/assessments of healthcare service delivery activities. Assist the business through change and transformation.
