Senior Workforce Planning Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end forecasting and capacity planning activities across operational functions.
• Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-range forecasting models.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and HR to align workforce plans with budget cycles.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, or capacity planning.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, including advanced Excel proficiency; SQL preferred.
• Experience partnering with Finance, HR, and business leaders on headcount planning.

Success:

• Staffing requirements give leadership lead time to close gaps.
• Workload forecasting models stay current with trends and benchmarks.
• Capacity plans translate into daily and weekly assignment frameworks.
