Senior FP&A Analyst

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Conduct variance analysis and support financial modeling for acquisitions and new product development.

Business Partnering:

• Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support.
• Reflect current insights into rolling financial forecasts and support decision-making processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to increase understanding of business impacts.

Data Analysis & Tools:

• Utilize Power Query and Power BI to efficiently transform and analyze data.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial analyses and reporting.
• Seek solutions to improve financial close and forecasting processes through automation and tools.
